Vintage Kaleidoscope Collection 16x16”

This 16x16 inch painting is acrylic on gallery edge canvas. It was created in 2023. The sides of the canvas have been painted black, so there is no need for a frame…unless of course you want one! The painting comes wired and ready to hang. Please note:

  • Shipping is included in the price of the painting (Paintings larger than 12 x 16, will be removed from the stretcher bars and sent in a mailing tube to reduce the risk of damage.) You can easily have it re-stretched at your local frame shop. If you prefer to pay for large package shipping, just message me.

  • If you are local, I am happy to do porch drop off for you.

The inspiration for this exhibit was a collection of vintage kaleidoscopes that belong to my sister. Kaleidoscopes are such nostalgic things. A toy that children and adults enjoyed before tv, internet, telephones, etc. And they are still a thing to this day! (If you don’t believe me, do a search for kaleidoscopes on Etsy!) 

It is fun and inspiring to look through a lens that tranforms your view into something colorful + magical. That’s what I wanted this collection to be…fun and colorful…and one that also made you think and examine your own perspectives in life.
